Even though it is now August and for many, summer is practically over, it remains important that we all remember the protection of sunscreen. Careful and complete application now can save not only health and money in the future. A variety of types of sunscreen are available: lotions, creams, sprays, and other types. In less than five minutes we can protect our skin from untold misery down the road.
The actual application can be a joint endeavour that proves to be a pleasure for everyone involved - and also as a means of introducing ourselves and our bodies to one another!
It may be August, but, the sun continues to shine!
