Often, unsuspecting, our changing room - locker room - at our gym or fitness center provides us with a very interesting situation that restores our hope in human nature - and ourselves!
We may not always be expecting an encounter, and usually we're not, but when it does happen, all that we can do is follow nature and respond to each and every occasion!
These chance and spontaneous encounters often provide us with opportunities to discover and explore new personalities that we never even imagined!
